Performance nights: Box Office close 15 minutes before performances start.

Non-Performance nights: The Box Office closes at 5pm on non-performance days.

Please note all transactions made with a credit card will be subject to a £1.50 transaction fee. Tickets may be posted to you for a handling fee of 60p.

You can book online 24 hours a day for most productions at the theatre from this website (£2:50 per transaction)

Reservations:

Tickets may be reserved for up to seven days. Group bookings must be paid 4 weeks before the performance.

Refunds and Exchanges

Tickets may be exchanged for an alternative performance of the same production. There is no charge for this service, but the original tickets must be returned to the Box Office at least 24 hours before the original performance. Refunds are not available, although tickets may be offered for re–sale once all other tickets have been sold. There is a £1 charge per ticket for this service and the original tickets must be returned to the Box Office.

Access for All

Hertford Theatre is committed to being accessible and welcoming for all. All public spaces within the building are accessible for wheelchair users. A limited number of car park spaces can be provided for disabled patrons attending the theatre. The Auditorium can accommodate a limited number of wheelchairs for seated events. A hearing aid loop system is installed in the auditorium for the hard of hearing.
