Hertford Theatre's Growth & Legacy Project has now begun. We will reopen in Spring 2023.
Whilst our new venue is being built, we'll bring you fantastic theatre, either online or at other venues locally.
The best way to keep updated with our news is by following us on our social media channels or by signing up for our emails.
COVID-19 Booking Update
If you can no longer attend your booked event due to displaying COVID-19 symptoms, self-isolating or being told to isolate, you must inform the Box Office at least 24hrs before your event in order for this to be processed. Please email email@example.com
You can also email firstname.lastname@example.org with any queries regarding your booking.
For non-booking-related inquiries, please call our general admin line on 01992 531500. You cannot book tickets via this line.
Online: 24 hours
You can book online 24 hours a day for productions from this website.
Bad Weather Policy
In the unlikely event we cancel a performance because of seasonal bad weather, we will inform all bookers with as much notice as possible and offer one of the following:
- Tickets to an alternative performance of the same production.
- Credit to the value of the tickets purchased to be used as the booker wishes on a future show at Hertford Theatre.
- A full refund.
If the show or film continues to play but you are not able to attend, no refunds or ticket exchanges will be given.
