Join us for a charity comedy starring:
National treasure Jo Brand is one of the legendary figures of British comedy, starting out at The Comedy Store in the eighties to become the much loved stand-up, actor, writer and presenter she is today.
Her credits are too numerous to list here, but if you haven't managed to see her at some point in the last thirty years, it's probably your fault rather than hers.
Howard Read and his sidekick Little Howard are award-winning fixtures of both stage and screen and the first animated double act to appear on the Royal Variety Show.
Nick Page is no longer part of this line-up. He was replaced by Paul Sinha who is now no longer part of this line up either.
He has been replaced by the multi-award winning Stephen Grant whom Alistair very much hopes will remain part of this line-up.
*One other special TV guest star who cannot be named* (well he can, but he doesn’t want to be because he’s trying to sell tour tickets.)
More names to be announced.
MC Alistair Barrie has performed in over forty countries across the world, and is a regular panellist on the BBC's 'Breaking the News' who has twice been nominated for best show at The Edinburgh Festival.
He lives in Hertford and had to do a lot of driving when his wife was being treated for breast cancer as there is no radiotherapy facility in Herts.
All proceeds will go to The Hertfordshire Breast Unit Appeal.
"We use money raised to buy new up-to-date equipment when the Trust refuses or can't afford it, so that we can carry on providing the best care.
We are currently starting a bigger campaign to raise enough money for a radiotherapy centre at the Lister Hospital.
Currently, all our Hertfordshire patients have to travel to Mount Vernon Hospital which is, for many over an hour's journey each way."
Miss Harleen K Deol.
Consultant Breast and Oncoplastic Surgeon.
