Do you want to see one of the funniest family shows around?

Look no further! All the way from Australia, Chores tells the story of two brothers who don’t want to tidy their room.
In this awardwinning comedy circus show, Julian Roberts and Derek Llewellin perform death-defying stunts the whole family will love!

Chores is the story of two typical young rascal boys playing in their messy bedroom.

Suddenly, their mother's alarming screams rattle the boys back in to acrobatic action.
A generous serve of comedy and chaotic acrobatics accompanies every attempt at cleaning their room and doing their chores.
This mess of chaos and comedy concludes with a last -minute cleaning spree.
The parents are kept at bay and the rewards come flooding in!

Inspired by slapstick legends Buster Keaton and Charlie Chaplin, the side-splitting duo of Chores is coming your way.
Two excitable brothers, are definitely, probably, maybe, just about to, almost, at some stage, going to do the chores their mother has asked them to do...

With highlights of skilled stunts and uproarious, interactive gags, and with very little spoken dialogue, the audience will find themselves on the edge of their seats and giggling until the chores are done.

Chores is brought to you by Derek Llewellin and Julian Roberts, the performers from The Leaping Loonies and Hoopla Clique.

With collectively over 20 years’ experience, the exuberant talent of these two clowns redefines slapstick humour and showcases the true value of tenacity, teamwork, trust and cooperation through physical theatre.

★★★★★ Broadway Baby, August 2018
“They immediately launch into a series of entertaining circus skills and slapstick that keeps the children cheering and the adults chuckling. From giant balls to tiny Cyr wheels, this is an inventive show that’s perfectly crafted for a young audience. ”

★★★★★ Edinburgh Festivals Magazine, August 2018.
"If you can measure the success of a children’s show by its ability to light up the faces of rain-drenched toddlers, this show has no room for improvement.”

★★★★★ The List, August 2018.
“...Llewellin and Roberts display just the right mix of brotherly love and sibling rivalry, and their panto-esque capers (not spotting the obvious until the children are screaming it at them) endear them to the crowd.”
