To our lovely customers,

Following Government guidance we are extending the closure period for Hertford Theatre to the 30th June 2020.

We are looking at opportunities to re-open the building after that date subject to National Government guidelines.
The safety of our staff, volunteers and public is our priority.

We will be updating the website with details of how and when things might change.

Thank you for your patience, understanding and we look forward to welcoming you to Hertford Theatre in the future once again.

We’ve launched our #HugHertfordTheatre campaign and have been so impressed and touched at how everyone has responded.
We’d love for you all to be involved!

Dear Hertford Theatre supporter,

Unfortunately due to the on-going situation regarding COVID-19 and the need for social distancing during this difficult time, Hertford Theatre will close to the public from 3pm on Tuesday 17th March 2020.
Our customers health and well-being is of paramount importance to us and we will remain closed until 31st May 2020.

We will be reviewing the situation every 2 weeks during this period to allow us to manage this huge task so please keep an eye on our social media for the very latest updates.
If you have bought a ticket to a show or film during this time, you will be entitled to a full refund.

Please do not contact us regarding refunds or bookings.
Our Box Office will contact you as soon as they can and we are working through systematically and in chronological order, prioritising events and films that are happening today, tomorrow and the weeks ahead.

Many thanks for your patience and understanding.
