Hi-Jinks Family Arts Festival
Hi-Jinks is our family arts festival, celebrating culture and the arts in Hertford.
It happens every year at the end of September and it’s a great opportunity to try something new, re-visit a favourite story or enjoy an activity with Hertford Museum, Courtyard Arts or Hertford Library.
